Super clean, good functioning airco, super welcome by the owner, super clear explanations up front for taxi driver, nearby there is a little local market, a wonderfull coffeeshop, a temple and an entrance to the skytrain. They have a laundry service. I stayes 6 nights and my sheets and towels were changed twice! Not in the middle of the town, but cool if you don't mind some extra time to the city. 30min from BKK airport. Perfect for me.
Nothing really. Just know that you are not in the heart of the city.

This is "basic lodging" -- a medium small room with a comfortable bed, AC worked, bathroom clean and worked, TV, but not much else - no real hotel lobby, no elevator, no view, no grounds -- just a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Staff were lovely and very helpful, loaning us an iron, helping with our wash, etc. Very close to BITEC
