Luxurious room, especially for the price. Outstanding staff.

The property is quite far from the city. I knew that and this disadvantage was more than compensated by the room, staff, and view. Guests should realize, however, that it can take over an hour to get into town in heavy traffic.

Perfect hotel in an imperfect location.

Phenomenal hotel in all regards. The room was big with a comfy bed, breakfast was amazing, and the enormous pool outside was just the icing on the cake.

The only problem of this hotel is its location - just too far from most Jaipur attractions, especially during traffic. Takes easily 30+ minutes to get to city center, and even longer to touristy spots like the Amber fort. On the other hand, the airport is much closer from here.

The Hotel itself was nice, check-in was excellent and a special thanks to Manisha who was fabulous, so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was great and the room lovely and concierge worked well.

Coming from UK, our biggest issue was that in our opnion the food offering for Western guests was not as extensive as we would have expected and not as good as in other hotels we have stayed on this trip. Also we found that some of the restaurant staff were not that friendly or helpful until I complained, after which things did improve somewhat, but still along way off the previous hotel we stayed at in Delhi

It was overall good experience.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and bad both .The female Adiaba was v helpful and good in her work .The bar tender Gopendra was extremely good and perfect in his work .He made really good cocktail for us .However dining experience at cafe for breakfast and dinner was average .The staff was careless towards the need of customer .Infact there was no cutlery on the tables .It took them 20 min to serve one chapati .They need more hands and professional staff .

They can have some options for Late checkout. For extending 6 hours it was a half a price charge. where they could have hourly charges option as many travelers will not have matching travel plans.

Comfortable Stay with Some Service Issues

We checked in late at night and were pleasantly surprised to see that, despite the hotel being full, a good room had been reserved for us. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and everything was in excellent condition. The staff truly go above and beyond to support their guests. Everyone we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I was even given a voucher at the front desk to enjoy coffee at the lounge, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast at the hotel was simply outstanding. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we will definitely choose this hotel again.

One concern was with the parking. On arrival, the staff insisted on taking my car keys for valet parking and keeping them. I had to insist on parking the car myself, even though there was enough space available. While valet parking can be a convenient service, I believe the hotel should be more flexible and allow guests the option to choose. Another issue was with breakfast. Most guests tend to come around 10 a.m., which creates a heavy crowd. The same happened here, and it seemed the staff had not anticipated it on the first day. It would be helpful if the hotel had a plan in place for such peak times, as they eventually did on the second day. Unfortunately, August 16 was particularly difficult.

1. I booked via booking.com. The rooms details said ‘classic room’ and the picture was of a double bed, so I assumed it is a double bed that I will get. But I was given 2 separate beds! Unacceptable! For no fault of mine, how could this happen! 2. One bed didn’t have any cushions on it. 3. When I ordered food from in-room dining, cutlery didn’t accompany the food. Until the cutlery arrived, the food was cold ! 4. While checking-in, I asked what time will breakfast begin? I was told 6:30am. So I showed up at 6:30am and there was hardly any food there. I waited till 7am, but all that was served were croissants, pan au chocolates and some such.

In general, I was satisfied, and the hotel met my expectations.

On the first morning, breakfast was arranged at the main breakfast restaurant. However, for the next two days, it was moved to the Chinese restaurant, and it didn't work well.

The gym was not in use early in the morning, despite the information stating it is available 24 hours.
