Excellent facility, friendly and accommodating staff. Food was excellent with very hospitable rooms and bath.

This is a real Japanese experience. The bedding, the food, the people. If that is what you are looking for then it's perfect. But don't expect a Western hotel.

NOTHING!
The establishment did not pay any attention to our food limitations that were advised well before we arrived. This is dangerous especially for Allergic people.
Food was not tasty.
The toilets were extremely small and a person who is toller than 5 ft will have problems to sit
The bathroom need to have makeover ASAP
