Guest House Goari

Location was great rooms were nice and clean, the view was unreal. The host was amazing woman if you are with a baby book room Number 9 it was one of the best rooms for family.

This was my second time in Tbilisi and I'm so happy I chose to stay at Goari Guest House this time. It was close enough to the main road to find my way to the shops and tour companies yet far enough up that I could look out my window all night long and see Tbilisi come to life at night. I also particularly enjoyed the cleanliness and the fact that there were no strange smells that made me want to leave early. In fact the whole room smelled clean and fresh and everything was clean as well. I felt comfortable coming and going and I'm glad it had more of Tbilisi home feel versus that of a hotel. It was all quite enjoyable. I was a little hesitant thinking the price being low would mean the facilities aren't as good but truthfully it was far better, and I say that with complete honesty, than certain hotels that are more expensive.

Hotel owners are friendly people.

Stayed here for a few nights over New Years. We are yearly visitors to Georgia. Room was similarly priced as other accommodations we previously had stayed in, in Tbilisi but not remotely comparable in quality. TV not working (reported to staff day 1 and had to keep reminding them of issue - never resolved), room was extremely dusty, can feel springs in beds, zero soundproofing. Breakfast is extra and not up to usual Georgian standards. I’m not a fussy person and would stay here again in future - if the price was right - however I do not feel I got value for my money here.
