Hangzhou Shange Hotel

Friendly stuff , spacious beautiful rooms , in a beautiful mountain area. I liked everything , stuff was very welcoming and friendly , we could use their common area to make our art class. Room was big and beautiful. Nearby have many p places to eat ! I liked everything ! Thanks for this place to make my day more special with their hospitality !

Very original small hotel in the middle of the green tea fields. Great staff and very good location. The dinning area is great to chill and have something to eat. The mood of the hotel is clean and tastefully decorated.

It is too close to the main road and at peak hours gets quite busy. Maybe the breakfast menu could have more options.

The staff was amazingly helpful and accommodating. I’m a vegan and they had toast, jam and juice for me each morning for breakfast in addition to the regular breakfast items. I overslept one morning and they made my toast for me in the afternoon when I went downstairs. The food is really good too, the cook made me a (huge) bowl of vegan noodles in a tomato broth with some greens, and some sautéed bokchoy on the side. I was so grateful to have been accommodated! It’s pet friendly, and there is at least one happy and playful dog on the property. I wanted to go to the longjing tea fields one morning so the girl working the front walked me there with her dog. It’s also a great place to get work done. The tables are super comfy to sit at downstairs and there’s a great desk in the room (double suite). There’s a terrace as well. I just loved everything about this place.
