O locatie curata, bine pozitionata, cu personal dragut, care te ajuta in orice situatie. A fost potrivita pentru ceea ce am avut eu nevoie. Probabil voi reveni si cu alte ocazii atunci cand ma voi mai afla in zona si voi vrea un moment de relaxare. Recomand cu drag!

Era dragut daca exista un discount la piscina pentru cei cazati la acest hotel.

We chose this hotel specifically because of the swimming pool after a very long day of driving (700km). Unfortunately, we were not allowed to enter the pool because access was closed at 8:00 p.m., we arrived at 7.50pm, even though other people continued using it until much later (9.50pm) in the evening. This was very disappointing, especially since the pool required an additional fee. This restriction should be communicated much more clearly during the booking process. I also had to go to the reception separately twice to ask for the air conditioning remote control and the Wi-Fi password, as neither was provided at check-in. In addition, the reception staff spoke only the local language and were unable to communicate in English, which made things unnecessarily difficult for international guests.
