Excellent location in the Puerto de las Nieves area of Agaete. Clean, modern, spacious and comfortable apartment with good facilities, nice hot shower and secure underground parking in a quiet block. Our host (José) was proactive and friendly with all arrangements and in providing restaurant recommendations.
There was nothing we didn’t like about the apartment as it was perfect for our short stay. For longer stays, a few extras like cleaning/laundry products and basic condiments (salt and pepper), would be an added bonus. Note: not an issue for us as we travel light, but the apartment is up a few flights and stairs and there’s no lift.

Compleet huisje dichtbij het strand en er zijn ook wat leuke wandelingen in de buurt.
Boiler voor het warm water van de douche was aardig klein. Als vrouw ging met haar wassen iedere keer het warme water op.

Es un apartamento ideal para pasar unos días. No tiene grandes lujos, pero no los necesitas en Agaete. Su ubicación es perfecta. Ese es el lujo de este apartamento. Se localiza cerca del Puerto de las Nieves. Un lugar maravilloso. Mágico. El apartamento está limpio, muy limpio y es cómodo. Aunque, el apartamento está en un tercer piso sin ascensor, para nosotros no fue un problema, al contario, fue una ventaja. Otra forma de hacer deporte.
