My experience in this hostel was great. The place is in the heart of Ximen and everything is accessible especially in MRT and other tourist destinations. However, my bunk is something risky since I was assigned to third floor and there was no safety barrier and I was afraid to fall. Secondly, the room was so dark and I accidentally slipped on the stairs from my bed. Overall, everything is good. I recommend and I'll surely come back.

The overall lay out of everything is just average. Triple bunks means u have 2 others above/below you. They do have stairs to the upper bunks. No ladders which is good. Curtains on all 4 sides of your bunk. No walls. Meaning u get disturbed in ur sleep a lot. They have permanent residents living there. The guy who was living in the bunk above me put his bright fluorescent light on on both nights at around 1 or 2 am. Woke me up and had to ask him to turn it off. The showers are within the hostel but the toilets are out in the corridor and u gotta remember to take toilet paper out there. On the positive side staff friendly location and price is great. But this place is just not for me. Hope this info helps everyone.

I was just one night in this Hostel, Early this morning, I saw a cockroach right next to my bed, inside the wardrobe area where I hang my clothes. It was really awful and disgusting. I killed it, but honestly, it was so unpleasant. It also makes me feel like the cleanliness here isn’t very good.
