Try the curry and the pool

I arrived late and kitchen was closed already, but the host said, she could fix me something. 10 minutes later I was served the best vegetarian curry outside of Sri Lanka. Extremely nice hosts - good stay!

The proprietors are lovely and the property was attractive and comfortable.

Nice simple rooms in a lovely place - very clean.

No real complaints but being able to heat water for tea/coffee in the room would enhance the comfort. No refrigerator.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again if we are in this part of the country again

our room and bathroom was really large and extremely clean. The eating area was really well decorated and made you feel like home. the food was excellent. We chose to eat dinner at the restaurant both nights because Siri’s cooking was delicious.

there was nothing about the property that we didn’t like.

A very welcoming place with clean rooms, delicious food, and extremely friendly hosts.

It was unexpectedly cold in May but the heating in the room didn't work.

I can safely say that absolutely everything down to the last detail impressed me and I was fascinated and satisfied. Location, service, food, room, warmth, coziness, cleanliness, parking, in a word everything!

The positives were strong enough to outweigh the negatives. My wife wants to stay there again.

Exceptionally clean. Room included a bonus room with a comfortable couch. Very nice views from the room. The room had an unusally long wrap around balcony. Again, nice views. Access to a very nice swimming pool 24/7. Very pleasant terrace with beautiful mountain and countryside views for dining and drinks, especially if there is no event going on and it's not crowded. My wife loved the place, definitely wants to return and wants to give her son two nights there for his birthday.

The 10AM strict exit time was surprisingly early. The owner could be surprisingly difficult as well as helpful. I think he's probably too busy and stressed. I would not recommend the restaurant's food for dining. Though the terrace is pleasant for a drink.

Quiet and clean place, perfect to spend some days without stress with a very good price.

Fine breakfast, clean and quiet place, very nice view to the mountains. The couple who runs the place were very friendly and nice. The Sri Lanka style daily offer were great! you must taste it. We will be back next year again.

liked the pretty location, the swimming pool, the shared fridge in the hallway with cheap drinks, the cozy room

I really wanted to try their curry but it wasn't possible to take to the room. I wasn't hungry yet so I had take away from a nearby place later. it's no big deal but I would prefer to have dinner a bit later. breakfast was poor. no card payment

A perfect place if you want to split your journey

Really nice, welcoming, helpful, and friendly owners. I liked the sofa in the room as it was a nice place to relax and not be in the bed.

Towels might have been a bit softer.

Highly recommended

The best place I stayed in during ten weeks of European travel. It's a lovely bright room in a great guesthouse run by a warm and friendly couple. Beautiful views from the room and the restaurant terrace and great food, both dinner and breakfast. Very highly recommended !
