Western Valley Resorts Ooty

Amazing breathtaking view absolutely dreamy location perfect for a getaway from the hustle bustle of the city. The room was well equipped was spotless clean everyday our place was cleaned and a joy to return to after a trip around the city . Breakfast selection was amazing with changed menu everyday , room service was excellent spot on time delivery when you order your dinner . The entire staff was exceptionally friendly courteous helpful and accommodating. We felt warmly welcomed and taken care of with anything we did need. I was very pleased with my staff and would definitely return back to this hotel if I visit Ooty again.

Everything was perfect

Western Valley stay feels like a personal stay surrounded by mountains clouds and flowers.... Staff is very warm ... Fat Ducks restaurant has awesome food...one of the best in Ooty I would say Went to Botanical garden in Ooty but had a feeling that this property has been better maintained that that with awesome comfort... Its aways from the city with no noise ... Thoroughly enjoyed our stay ...

Location is excellent

Gorgeous property. Think lush greenery, chirping birds, and enough flowers to make you feel like you accidentally stepped into a Yash Raj film. The rooms have a charming vintage vibe, spooky after dark, but in a fun, “let’s tell ghost stories and regret it later” kind of way. Great spot if you’re with a group and looking to escape the city.

The food. Imagine your worst hostel mess memories. Now lower the bar. That’s breakfast and dinner here. And with no dhaba or cafe for miles, you’re basically held hostage by the menu. The location is quite remote, which is fine if you’re into that sort of thing. But the road leading to the property deserves a special mention. It’s not just badly maintained, it’s more like a social experiment to test your suspension, steering, and sanity. If it’s raining, consider turning back or writing a will. Calling it a road is generous. It’s more of a muddy rumble strip with ambition.
