We stayed for 1 night and no basic needs in room, need ask for each thing like toiletry items , towel , toilet was in bad condition both hot water and cold water was not coming in taps we asked for room change but care taker and property owner were blaming each other for issue, issue wasn't fix till we vacated

Stay without City noise and pollution. I am really this stay. The food ws very taste limited food only available. The staff is very helpful and good behaviour. Only one thing is bed sheet and pillow are clean. Blanket only little dirty otherwise very good 😊

This stay is nearly 23kms away from Ooty.
When I reached the stay, the staff started saying room’s cannot be given we have water issues. I called the property manager and he told us to come back to Ooty and take stay at Ooty operated by same owner, I had already travelled from Ooty to this location which takes about 1hr 15 mins and he asked us to come back to Ooty without notifying us priorly.
I took the same stay without hot water and tap water managing with portable bucket water.
But the washroom was stinking, so terrible.
I must say property location is excellent, but the management is very poor.
Think twice before getting to the location bcs it’s far from Ooty
