Good

The host was very responsive to my complaint. It was a hot week and their ac system was not yet activated. Owner went and got me an oscillating fan, which made it bearable. Great host.

room was great, host very helpful. we didn't have a car so he picked us up and dropped off at train.

The restaurant was closed. A car would have been good. This is no fault of the owner.

location not too attractive, next to highway no wifi (at least , no info about it) tv not working properly breakfast to take in another bar, car needed to go there no contact with the customer, no touristic approach (no info on what to see, where to eat, etc). more adapt for business staying, not for tourist

Private parking and restaurant attached to the building. Air conditioning right by the bed worked extremely well. Host also filled the fridge with 4 water bottles.

Few bugs in the apartment made it slightly uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast is a short drive away but they serve excellent food.

the b&b is situated in an industrial area. the restaurant was closed and the owner did not know. so for dinner and breakfast we have tot go along a very busy road with a lot of traffic which was dangerous

Superb

Very easy to find. Room and bathroom totally OK., except that the shower was with a curtain. Good bed. The owner opened the room for us as we were some hours earlier. Very nice of him! Thanks again!

The breakfast was in another place: we received vouchers for just 1 coffee and the choice between two sweets or 1 sandwich. Not really much.

Really nice room.

The breakfast is just 1 pastry with coffee in a nearby cafe. Wasn't worth it, very few options. It was better to buy something for breakfast in a supermarket. Also the location around has nothing to offer.

Very good

The host has been super nice, we had a late check-in, he waited for us and he explained everything we needed. There is a tiny restaurant just next to the structure which looked lovely but unfortunately we didn't manage to eat there. The house is an old typical structure, I loved the feeling.

The place is very close to main road, it's great because it's super easy to reach but not so romantic as a view.

Pulizia ottima, vicinanza all'Autodromo di Magione e ai ristoranti (c'è una pizzeria proprio sotto il B&B), gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, disponibilità di molti parcheggi e mi ha stupito che la sera si sta molto caldi.

Se proprio bisogna mettere i puntini sulle i arriva un po' di confusione dalla pizzeria al piano di sotto, ma niente di esagerato.

Struttura un casale, accogliente e Daniele super, la stanza pulitissima e sotto una pizzeria top, un punto in meno potrei darla per la colazione che ti devi spostare in un bar per farla perché qui non ha posto. Ma tutto sommato va bene.

Perfetta la struttura con staff gentilissimo

La struttura e' eccellente, e lo staff e' gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutare con qualunque informazione e richiesta. La posizione e' perfetta per viaggi di lavoro o se si vuole utilizzare come base per visitare Umbria, essendo vicina all'autostrada e alle altre strade.

Ottima posizione. Silenzioso, nonostante la camera desse sulla strada. E' facile raggiungere il lago o i borghetti limitrofi. Molto pulita la camera.

Se proprio vogliamo trovare un neo è la colazione non in struttura, ma in un bar a 300metri. Ti danno un buono caffè e pasta. Comunque ti devi spostare in macchina.

La struttura è molto curata accogliente e Daniele è un host eccezionale. La zona è perfetta sia per raggiungere il Lago Trasimeno che per Perugia, noi ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Discreto ma migliorabile.

Camera dignitosa, carina, di dimensioni giuste e con il necessario, acqua a disposizione e phon serio. Materasso comodissimo.

Sarebbe stato buono avere un pizzico in più di pulizia (c'era qualche ragnatela qua e là ed il frigo bar presentava una bottiglia usata non nostra). Dovendo fare colazione in un bar raggiungibile in auto sarebbe stato gradito avere nell'area comune almeno una macchinetta del caffè o thè con 2 biscotti confezionati. Troppo rumore in stanza poiché la finestra da sulla strada statale molto trafficata; la posizione, contrariamente a quanto immaginavo, è infatti a ridosso del la superstrada.
