Excellent location. Accommodation was spotlessly clean. Plenty of storage space and nice airy apartment.

Property was a very good size 2 bedroom apartment in a central location with easy access to most of the key areas of Naples. The apartment was extremely clean and had all the facilities advertised. The owners are very efficient & welcoming. There is a good lift/elevator.

A good few things on the down side. 1. Be very careful as to which apartment you are booking. We thought we had booked the upstairs penthouse apartment with terrace. The different apartments should be clearly advertised separately rather than having joint photos etc. 2. The apartment was very bare. It had very little in the way of comfort. For example, for an apartment which accommodates 4 people there was one small sofa that barely seated 2 people. The rest were hard backed chairs around a dining table. 3. There were no rugs or any other soft furnishings which meant that literally every movement in the flat or adjoining flats echoed around the whole building 4. The owners made a point of saying they removed any condiments, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, washing liquid/powder that previous occupants had left. Why? It means that the first thing new occupants have to do is the get to a shop for basic necessities. 5. Check out is at 9am. This seems unnecessarily early and if you have a later flight then you literally have all day to kill. 6. Not really the apartment or owners fault but right outside the property there was an ever growing pile of rubbish which eventually took up the whole pavement/sidewalk. I’m not sure if this is a regular occurrence or not. At one point this pile of rubbish was set alight. Locals put the fire out with buckets & a hose. 7. If you weren’t really careful, the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor.
