The staff is kind and does his best to accommodate the customers. Thanks to them!
Food quality and food choice is very poor! The staff tries to do his best but it’s far not a 5 stars staff level. I am very disappointed with Accor Group which proposes such a hotel as a five star whereas it does barely reach 4 stars international standings! Accor Group proposes low quality rooms (bathroom, doors, beds, air conditioned, furniture) and sells this to customers as a 5 stars: it’s a shame!
