Excellent location and beautiful property

The property was decent with all the required amenities. The breakfast buffet was also decent and had plenty of food options. The greenery outside the room we were given was quite pleasant to look at.
The staff was not very courteous and was overwhelmed by the number of guests at the hotel. Small things that go a long way in making guests feel special and wanted, were missing. The pool didn’t have any dry towels.

Only Food is good
1.There is so much outside noise coming in the room .
2. Room is not clean after check in
3. Location of the hotel is not good very congested
4. When we arrived the hotel no one is coming to pickup the luggage.
