Very affordable, clean and spacious for the price
No direct access to the beach without consent to walk through private property.

The staff is incredibly friendly and kind
Bed is comfortable (quite hard mattress which I like)
Quiet place, peaceful location

The way to the hotel is a bit rough, either by walking, by motorcycle or by car
Not enough light after the sunset (the road is too dark and I did not feel very safe walking to the hotel at the night)

Beds, pillows, and ac good. Location was great. Staff very friendly. Water refill stations
Toliet kept having to be fixed to flush.

Location was close to the beach (but I would not advise swimming as the high number of urchins). The room was a good size to accommodate the family and bags.
Very mosquito prone. Screens in bathroom were broken. No view from the room. Difficult to locate. Air conditioner was very old and noisy.
