Overall, everything is fine. There is a kitchen and kitchen utensils, a sea view.
1) They charge extra for air conditioning - 10€ and for registration - 1€. I have never experienced this anywhere. 2) It's a 15-minute walk to the beach. 3) The room is not the most comfortable, there is not much space. 4)There is no tea, coffee, or bottled water upon arrival. The kettle is not fully functional.

Ein schöner kleiner Pool mit netten Aussenbereich. Dort kann man nett zum Essen beisammen sitzen und sich im Pool erfrischen.
Der Innenraum ist für vier Personen sehr klein und die Treppe zum Schlafraum sehr steil. Das Preis-Leistungsveehältnis ist aber sehr gut.

Large distance to the sea, need to go up 950 m (no garden and personal beach as it were announced - only place near swimming pool),
Very small bathroom, broken door in the shower.
No bath accessories.
Couldn’t cook anything, because stove was induction and pan didnt fit it.
