Hideaway Guest House And Bar

After staying in hundreds of hotels around the world – from Australia through Asia and Europe to both Americas – I rarely write reviews with such conviction. This time, however, I feel I must. I stayed at the guest house Hideaway owned by Andy and I sincerely recommend this place to anyone looking for more than just a place to sleep. The restaurant downstairs is a real gem. The food is fantastic – especially the breakfasts, tom yum, and continental dishes. Portions are very generous, and the quality of ingredients and preparation is top-notch. I had a glimpse into the kitchen and saw lovely, passionate ladies who truly care about every detail. The service is wonderfully friendly and always smiling – you can feel they do it with heart. The guest house itself also makes a huge impression. Andy is an exceptional host – he genuinely cares about his guests, remembers details, and makes you feel truly looked after. The rooms are large, spacious, and have their own unique, pleasant vibe. Although the location is perfectly central – right in the heart of the action – it remains surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside. The price, in my opinion, is very attractive, even low considering the high quality of service and you receive. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel like you’re staying with good friends, eat excellently, and be in the center of everything – this is exactly it. Highest recommendation. I will definitely be back.

L'emplacement est pratique, en 10 mn a central Pattaya, de la moisissure au plafond dans la salle de bain mais le prix est plus que raisonnable pour la période de fin d'année. Donc je relativise.

Le gros point noir c'est le bruit. Heureusement j'ai toujours avec moi des bouchons d'oreilles 3m mais ma compagne ne les suporte pas et n'arrivais pas a dormir avant que la musique des bars de l'autre côté de la rue s'arrête vers 3H du matin. Pour moi c'est rédhibitoire.
