Excellent accommodation, especially if you need private free parking for your car. The first metro station of the U1 line is two minutes away on foot. The beds are soft and comfortable.

We love staying at this place! Arranging everything with the hosts is always quick and easy, check-in is simple, and there’s a parking spot. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated, and has everything you need. The location is perfect for us - close to the metro yet in a quiet area. The hosts are extremely kind and always ready to help. The accommodation had enough beds for a family or group of friends of about 4 people. The room we stayed in was in the basement; the stairs weren't too many, making it convenient to carry large suitcases, and the location was quiet with few people around. There's a supermarket not far from the accommodation.

The villa's heating system was slow to activate because it was mounted on the wall behind the painting, and there weren't enough heaters. In particular, the bathroom heater didn't work, resulting in very cold floors. The kitchen was incomplete, and there was insufficient parking; a maximum of only four cars could be parked, which should have been stated on the booking page for guests to know. Furthermore, there were no parking space markers, making it difficult for cars arriving first to realize they were blocking a lane, resulting in insufficient parking for subsequent cars.

Great location, metro station next to it, so is therme Wien. Very quiet apartment and the street itself. Easily accesible parking lot.

It was a basement flat, which was definitely not worth the money we paid for it. If we had known we would be sent there we wouldnt have booked it. The bedroom window was overlooking the parkng lot or to be more exact overlooking bumpers and exhaust pipes of parked cars. The property did not meet the cleanliness standards. It was dusty all over the place, and when we got there we found women’s hair on the toilet rolls in the bathroom. The fan in the bedroom was covered with layers of dust. The night tables were dusty also. All in all the place needs to be renovated as soon as possible and kept much cleaner that how we found it. Preparing the property for guests does not only entail changing sheets. It needs to be dusted, wiped, mopped, scrubbed etc.
