Everything from booking to departure was great. The facilities, pool and spa were amazing. Had a wonderful massage by Kim Anh.
Wi-Fi dropping out when you leave your apartment. It wa challenging as my husband was unable to direct the Grab food driver from Reception.

Close to the airport, and that served the purpose of our stay. Easy to collect keycard and for checking out.
It is a bit noisy, can hear neighbours. Very hard bed. We got in late, and the housekeeping services knocked on our door just after 7am, we ignored it, and they returned an hour later. tried to say to them to come back in half an hour, but they pushed through the door and proceeded to drop off water, empty bins, wash utensils (without using any soap).
