Nice and comfortable apartment, easy to find. Really close to the airport and to a big park. Have many convenient stores within 100m.
Need a bit of renovation. The guy speaks English only through messages, in phone calls, better to use vietnamese. Need to walk 30 minutes to reach the local market and the tasty restaurants.

Good location, near supermarket, near nice park. Room was pleasantly decorated, had nice homely feeling.
Bathroom towel hangar was broken, could not hang towel, no hooks to hang clothes in bathroom when having shower, no rack above washing machine to hang clothes after washing them (these are all minor things but I have stayed in a different room in same building previously which had these helpful facilities).
