Rich Hotel

the room was spacious - nice could see the sea from the balcony nice walking path besides the beach spacious car park

inadequate english instruction in the room (how to switch on the lights - there were many lights link to the remote) we had to go down to ask for assistance with the front desk no umbrella in the room as it rained heavily on the 2nd day we were in Rich hotel

Location for my activities very clean well run and friendly staff.

For a long term stay having a washing machine nearby would have been ideal.

The price! It's cheap! I love the sea view and the quietness of the hotel. It's near some cafes, supermarkets and there's a free carpark. Staff were helpful and they tried but service could be better. One staff can speak English. Mattress is comfortable! Huge and ample space! Check-in is at 3 pm, well at least 1 hour earlier than some other resorts or hotels in Jeju.

I don't know why the housekeeping kept giving us only 1 bath towel. We had to ask for an additional towel and take it from the reception counter every night! There's a kitchenette but it doesn't function. No pots, no pans and utensils. Cannot cook at all. No microwave. There's a jacuzzi but we can't use it. I don't think I will return to this hotel. To be honest, there are better options.

Location was great as it was close to the water. 24hr instant ramen bar also available.

I think this may have been an old apartment before converting to a hotel. The layout of the room felt very apartment-like. The bathroom was all-in-one where the shower was directly next to the toilet with no partition, so everything got wet. Plus side, toilet comes with a bidet. Couldn't use most of the facilities in the room such as hot plate stove and bathtub, even though we didn't, but what's the point of having them in there, so don't expect to be able to use them. Walls are thin as well, can hear the neighbours talking.
