Casa do Planalto by Patio 25

The view was INCREDIBLE!! We very much appreciated the quiet peacefulness up there, the ability to relax and just be. The outside lounge bed was my favorite spot and the whole family enjoyed sitting around the outside table for meals and many many games. The house is remote & in a very natural area so it had natural wear & some bugs, but we understood & were totally fine with this. We absolutely loved the house, grounds & views!! Tip... set your alarm & go out by the clothes line for a stunning full sunset view!

We got off to a rough start - the directions were rather lacking in details. We were told someone would be readily available to help direct us, however, she was in meetings when we were arriving (though we followed instructions to give sufficient notice of our arrival time). We ended up coming in from the wrong direction due to gps and ended up quite deep in an orange grove of VERY rough paths that were hard to get through & very concerning for our rental car. We were exhausted and beyond ready to settle in. She got rather testy with me when we were panicked & totally lost in this thing, as if we should just know/understand where we should have gone. Eventually we found it but it was a very upsetting start to what was supposed to be the most relaxing part of our holiday. She then didn't come meet us in person as planned but instead just had the housekeeper that was still there (who was very lovely) hand over the keys & attempt to explain things to us. This was fine, not a big deal but felt odd given all the process. I later learned she was feeling sick, so we hope this was just a one off bad timing situation and not something others encounter, it did make us feel questionable about the customer service for a place of this level/cost. I did get occasional check ins via whatsapp to see if things were ok or if we had questions. She provided some recommendations for places. The pool was FREEZING cold! One reason we really splurged on this place was looking forward to swimming privately & such a great setting/view for this pool. The kids were able to deal for spells but it was just too cold for us parents (who needed the relaxing the most). Would be really helpful to have a little bit of a more accessible path to the clothes drying line & anything to be able to use the grill. The toilet next to the parents room made VERY loud noises every time it was flushed.

To jest stary dom, ładnie wyremontowany i absolutnie rewelacyjnie położony, jeśli szukasz ciszy i spokoju. Basen z cudnym widokiem! Bardzo miła i szybko reagująca obsługa.

Brakowało mi trochę w kuchni niektórych naczyń, jak miski na sałatki. Miłym akcentem byłby poduszki na siedziskach zewnętrznych. Pewnie z czasem przyda się lekkie odświeżenie domku.

Very easy to communicate with the rent agency person and she meet us as agreed.

Only one key to the gate was handed out - that is too little when you need that in order to pass the gate and access/leave the house.
