Outstanding view from our room and the terrace - we watched the balloons over the pyramids every morning. Fernando was super helpful and friendly. He arranged 2 tours for us - 1 balloon ride + breakfast and 1 guided tour of the pyramids. Wifi worked fine and the water was hot.

The location is good if you plan to visit the archeological site early in the morning.

A dangerously steep and narrow staircase to navigate with luggage. The furniture is old and unappealing. The amount of signs all over the place (no smoking, wash your hands after using the bathroom, ...) is annoying. I came for vacation, not for education.
