Lovely stay.

The hotel provided a very nice breakfast. There is a nice courtyard area where we could sit and relax and play cards out of the room. Very friendly staff and check out time of 12:30 made it possible for us to see the pyramids and get back to hotel before we needed to check out.

There is a light that shines directly into the bedroom that made it difficult to sleep. If going to be in room 2 I recommend an eye mask.

Awesome hosts and great value.

The property managers were wonderful. Very accommodating. They were very communicative over WhatsApp, helped us get to the hotel by taxi, and booked a great hot air balloon tour for us.

The rooms were basic, but that was reflected in the price.

Home feeling away from home

The place is relatively simple like the whole area but exactly what I needed, the hosts take care of you from the moment you arrive, I arrived at 2am and they woke up to receive me (the area is deserted at these hours) and another place told me that was not possible, there was a problem with the payment so I went to bed and we sorted it out in the morning, there is a light breakfast and good coffee, plus any information you need they will happily help you and try to make you feel comfortable. I did laundry and I felt that someone was taking care of me, i am in a long trip and moved a lot from place to place and traveling alone so this was very warm and nice to feel.

It was cold at night so there wasn't any need for AC or fan but i don't know how it's in the summer

Great location, clean rooms, lovely staff, free parking

Great location within 20 minute walking distance of the pyramids. Very clean comfortable room with a small terrace overlooking the street (room 2). I was offered a larger room but decided this one was fine for me on my own. No a/c but fans available although I didn't need one. Staff were very friendly and patient with my very limited Spanish. Free secure parking. You give them your car keys and they park it. You just ask if you need the car and they will bring it round. Free coffee downstairs in the morning in a lovely courtyard area. Also there's drinks and beer available. Kitchen was closed when i stayed there as they were very quiet. May be able to get breakfast if you request ahead or if they are busier. Failing that, there are lots of places nearby on the road next to the pyramids.

Bed was a little firm for my taste but others may disagree Had some problems with hot water in my room but when I pointed this out, they tried to fix it and when that didn't immediately work they gave me the keys to another room to shower there. Could hear the train horns at night although that is hardly the fault of the hotel.

Muy bueno

Tuvimos un muy buen descanso, habitación cómoda, limpia, tv con Roku y acceso a wifi, parking incluído, todo como se había acordado. Nos recibieron casi 11pm, sin inconvenientes y a la salida a las 5am para el vuelo en globo estuvieron atentos de abrirnos la puerta, el carro (automóvil) siempre estuvo bajo vigilancia, muy amables las personas que nos atendieron, nos encantó que cerca a 8 minutos en carro estaba el restaurante flor de María (desayunos y platos increíbles a muy buen precio), el hotel es muy cerca de los puntos de salida del globo 10 -13 minutos, si es para hospedarte cerca de la salida de globos es el lugar ideal

No hay nda excepcional en el hotel, nada que me haya hecho senir bien, el personal muy seio, una sola señorita atiende todas las necesidades y como que eso la hace estar poco molesta

Sehr einfaches Hotel aber Preis-Leistung war unglaublich gut. Tolle Lage um die Pyramiden zu erkunden und die Heißluftballon Tour zu machen. Freundliches Personal.

Un lugar donde volveremos 😊

La habitación estaba limpia, temperatura adecuada, wifi funcionando super bien, teníamos agua caliente, el desayuno estuvo rico, toallas limpias y a pesar de que el lugar no cuenta con estacionamiento en el hotel, tienen un estacionamiento cerca en donde nuestro vehículo estuvo seguro y las recomendaciones que nos dieron para comer en la zona fueron excelentes y super deliciosas.

Se alcanza a oír el ruido externo pero nada que no nos dejara dormir.

las camas son limpias y como avisé que llevaba a mi perrita, nos dejaron una cama de mascota para ella

La habitación no tenía ventanas, tenía balcón, sin embargo estaba pasando el baño, por lo que no teníamos ningún tipo de ventilación, ni fuente de iluminación natural, en cuanto a insumos de higiene únicamente había un contenedor con algún liquido que no sabíamos si era shampoo o jabón, la puerta se atascaba al querer abrirla y el baño no estaba del todo limpio, encontramos un par de moscas muertas. Nos dejaron sólo una botella de agua, cuando sabían que eramos 3 personas.

El precio que dice la aplicación no es el final, en el hotel al pagar te cobran la comisión de la aplicación en este caso fueron 300 por reservar en booking. El lugar si está muy retirado..no hay nada alrededor para comer o salir a cenar. Debes saber andar en transporte para ir al lugar más cercano q es San Sebastián xolalpa allí si hay muchas cosas. Te piden propina para la recamarera que hace el aseo en el cuarto, si eres sensible al ruido no lo recomiendo, se escucha el tren muy fuerte.. y pasa a cada rato. El baño tiene un extractor muy ruidoso supongo que para la humedad, en mi estancia evite prender la luz del baño por eso activaba el ruido. Cada año voy a la carrera de Teotihuacán y por mucho hay hoteles con mejor precio, recámara, trato y ubicación.
