המארחת -אמירה ,נעימה מאוד ומסבירת פנים. הצימר מרווח ומצויד בכל מה שנדרש. מהמרפסת, נשקף נוף יפה לכנרת.
בצימר בו שהיינו (אגוז) יש לעלות במדרגות , פחות נוח עם מזוודה.

בקתה נפלאה:. המארחים היו מקסימים, דאגו לכך שהבקתה תהא נקייה, מאובזרת וממוזגת. במיוחד נהדרת המרפסת המשקיפה אל הכנרת.
אין בריכה, אך מותרת הכניסה לבריכת היישוב.
