חדר יפה ונעים, נקי מאוד. מיקום מצוין. המארחים היו נחמדים ועזרו לנו בכל מה שצריך. מזגן טוב ומטבח מאובזר עם כלי אוכל ומיקרוגל, יש חניה קרובה.
החסרון היחיד הוא שהכניסה שעוברת דרך הגינה של היחידה משותפת לבעלים שגרים מעל, אז מידי פעם עובר שם מישהו. לנו בתור משפחה זה לא הפריע, אבל אם היינו באים זוג ורוצים יותר פרטיות כדאי לקחת בחשבון

אזור הישיבה מחוץ לחדר הוא מעבר שעוברים בו דיירים נוספים במהלך היום והערב ולכן הפרטיות נפגעת. כמו כן החדר צפוף וללא חלונות למעט חלון קטן במטבח ,התקרה נמוכה והרושם הזה לא עבר בתמונות.
