המיקום מושלם וקרוב להכל. שכונה שקטה ונעימה. מיטה זוגית נוחה מאוד. בעל הבית אמנם לא פגשנו אותו אבל לכל שאלה מיד ענה לנו. יחידה חמודה ומאובזרת בכל מה שצריך.
היחידה מותאמת לזוג ואולי פלוס עוד שני ילדים קטנים אבל אני ציינתי שיש לי ילדים בוגרים ולכן היחידה קטנה מידי בשביל זה. אין שום פרטיות והספה הנפתחת אינה מותאמת לשני בוגרים בני 15ו-17 המזגן נמצא במטבח וכן מצליח לקרר את היחידה אבל הוא טיפטף כל הזמן ישירות לכיור. קצת מחניק משום שהחלון היחיד נמצא במטבח. הייתי מוסיפה עוד כמה כלים במטבח כמו מסננת לפסטה או כפות הגשה וסכין איכותית.

נקי, נעים, מאובזר. בעל המקום ידידותי ונעים. היה כיף!

אזור הישיבה מחוץ לחדר הוא מעבר שעוברים בו דיירים נוספים במהלך היום והערב ולכן הפרטיות נפגעת. כמו כן החדר צפוף וללא חלונות למעט חלון קטן במטבח ,התקרה נמוכה והרושם הזה לא עבר בתמונות.
