The location was great, a lovely peaceful area close to the lake, everything within the resort area - shops, restaurants etc

The room we had was great. One thing I would say is the lack of space for Big suitcases. There is under bed storage, but this was not big enough for a large suitcase.
The 29 Baht Ice cream Cones were Amazing!! Really good value.
Breakfast was okay, felt repetative. Need a bigger selection of Fruits and fresh bread that does not feel stale.
One thing to be aware of when looking at booking is the Shuttle service that this place offers is needing to be paid when using it. This was not something we were aware of when booking as It appeared that this was free. The beach shuttle is free, but all Tuk-tuk shuttle is paid and there was occasions were the driver ran out of petrol and would not pick us up.

The location is good, food is good, staffs ware pleasant and helpful.
Our room smelled of urine but we got a new room the next day.
