The location
You could hear what was happening in other people’s rooms while trying to sleep.
We couldn’t eat anything for breakfast because everything was gone.
It is not fair to keep one staff person doing check-outs, taking care of the breakfast room, replacing food, etc. you should consider very carefully this.
