Location! Location! Location!
We also loved:
- split-level layout with separate bedrooms;
- interior design eccentricity;
- two toilets;
- spaciousness & quietness.
The apartment was clean and the beds were comfy.
I would do something with the shower facility. It was quite awkward and cramped to use.
Lack of some kitchen utensils (teaspoons etc.)

The location was good, very central
The apartment wasn’t sufficiently cleaned up, dust almost everywhere, old pair of shoes from previous guests found in the living room, the towels had a weird smell and we had to wash them thoroughly.
