The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food. The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)

Very friendly staff, especially Eva and Richard. Everybody from front desk to pool staff and waitresses were very nice.
Not everything is well maintained (broken tiles, bad painting etcetera)
