Die Lage ist Perfekt, direkt am Strand der nicht überlaufen ist. Der Ausblick, unbezahlbar. Klima Funktioniert perfekt. Sauber, Freundlich und bei Fragen immer per WhatsApp zu erreichen.
Sonnenschutz auf dem sehr großen Balkon fehlt. (Kleinigkeit) Parkplatzsituation manchmal schwierig. Alles etwas älter aber Sauber und Funktional.
