Morning staff were friendly and helpful
Shame we only had a skylight in our room as paid more than any other accommodation.
I could see that the hotel had rooms available with patio windows, cheaper than we had paid. I asked the receptionist if we could swop rooms but the receptionist was brusque and uncooperative. We didn't want a refund for the different- just to change rooms. We had only viewed the skylight room not moved in when we asked. Very disappointed 😞
