The house of Marijana is truly a pleasure to stay. The host is extremely nice and helpful, and tries to accomodate you wherever she can. The house itself is really nice and complete, everything you need is there. The airconditioning was a good feature beacause it got really hot outside, and the windows have both shutters and curtains.
The WiFi reception was mediocre so I used my phone hotspot a lot (5G reception was great) and the kitchen counters are a bit low (but that's mostly because I'm quite tall)

Views from the property are beautiful.
Easy to just walk around the property for miles.
Not far from Plitvice Lakes but well away from annoying tourist crowds.
The cabin is located just a few steps away from the owner's house.
The bathroom and kitchen area are cramped.
