Beautiful house, helpful and kind staff

This is a beautiful, spacious, fully equipped house. My family stayed for a week in all three apartments. The house is very comfortable, even for extended stays. It is decorated with family pictures and memorabilia, clean and warm, and situated in a small Italian town close to Aviano, Pordenone, and Piancavallo. The staff was helpful and kind, even when we locked our keys in the apartment. I would highly recommend it!

The location was nice, with mountains and an open field right out the back, but was not easily walkable to the town center (~10 min walk, part on a fairly busy road without sidewalks). The host was very kind and accommodating. The apartment had plenty of space, compared to many other 2 bedroom apartments, and the cooking area was ample. Everything was very clean and quite modern... too modern in some regards (see comments below).

The place had a lot of built-in technology that made living a little bit cumbersome. There were sensors on all of the doors and windows, and also a key card slot that turned off the HVAC every time you open a door or window. It was difficult to get the HVAC to put out cold air consistently, and the energy-saving technology added a significant down side to guest experience. We are easygoing people, and lived with it, but the system did not keep the place cool enough to sleep well, since its strongest setting only was a low fan setting, and it was impossible to run the system while we were out of the apartment due to the door sensor. The window sensors also made it basically impossible to get any fresh air through the windows, since if we opened them, we risked an unknown amount of time without air conditioning once we decided to close them again. Natural light was lacking, since each window had drapery that was not really moveable, and shutters latched on the outside. Some windows had screens, but the screens weren't easy to retract in order to open the shutters to see the views and get some natural light, so we just left them closed. My bottom line comment here is, the place was in just about every way very nice, but the hosts limited our ability to enjoy how nice it was by being too focused on energy savings. The kitchen was well equipped, but lacked some basics. Plates were sort of a combination bowl/plate and were smaller than standard dinner plates, so not really useful neither as dinner plates nor as bowls. There was some handwashing dish soap, but no dishwasher soap, although there was a dishwasher. Last, a safety recommendation: the hedges on either side of the driveway make it literally impossible to see fast-moving traffic coming from either direction when pulling out of the driveway. These should be cut way back, or mirrors installed opposite the driveway.

The quality and comfort of this apartment was way above the many other city apartments available

Apartment located away from city/town. Very relaxing area. Apartment has superb air conditioning system. The two bathrooms were pretty new, roomy and cleaned. The apartment was comfortable enough for a family of 5. But, you need to have a car since the area is not close to public transportation

Some of the cooking pots do not work with the induction stove. Maybe there should be an extra seat for the living room area. The sofa bed is not enough for a family of 5 to seat comfortably. Maybe the entrance room (lobby room) could be used for an extra bed or turn it into a living room. There is room for improvement. Other than that, all was excellent.

La casa era apparentemente bella, ma in verità era insoddisfacente

La casa puzzava tremendamente di fumo. Le abat-jour non funzionavano, non c'erano sufficienti stoviglie per tutti e 5 gli ospiti. Il divano letto era terribilmente scomodo, materassi osceni da mal di schiena, la cappa della cucina pericolante. Nonostante le zanzariere, piena di insetti. Ma la puzza, una cosa insopportabile.

nous avons apprécier le parking prive ,sécuriser pour la voiture . tout était conforme a la description du logement il ne manquer rien et surtout très propre merci pour la gentillesse de Béatrice

Appartamento a Polcenigo.

Un appartamento nuovo, molto accogliente e accessoriato di tutto, estremamente pulito e molto confortevole, con due bagni. Bello il balconcino e buona la vista, con molto verde attorno. Comodo il parcheggio interno nel cortile dotato di cancello automatico. Cordiale e disponibile lo staff.

Appartamento un pochino poco luminoso, per via delle finestre basse, a livello pavimento, essendo una mansarda. Dettaglio tuttavia trascurabile considerati i pregi sopra esposti. I letti con le pediere non sono confortevoli per le persone alte piu' di 1,80 metri.
