I come here very often. This is because of the very affordable price! Keep this in mind, I rated the single room at a price point of €33.
For this money you get flexible check in/out times, a clean bed and linnen, your own shower. Even a small fridge is in the room.
It is more like some rooms above an old restaurant than a typical Hotel. Consider all this with a very low budget costs and you find yourself happy.
No issues from my side. Parking is paid nearby, free at Oberhausen Hbf.

Der Preis. Mein Zimmer war zur Straßenseite, Nachts war es aber ruhig und ich konnte bei offenen Fenster schlafen.
Es war hellhörig, ich kam Nachts von einem Konzert zurück und hörte einen anderen Gast laut telefonieren und das hörte ich sogar noch als ich in meinem Zimmer war obwohl die Tür zu war. Ansonsten war aber alles ok.
