Photos are not accurate! It was everything super modern, homy, specious, super clean /spotless, perfect location with an elevator!
I felt like staying at celebrities’ vacation home!
Very comfortable, breakfast, lunch, dinner with the best view, ended up eating a lot at home!
Sound proof windows it seems, that noise outside in bars didn’t bother us as long as windows are close.
Extra wooden windows to shut the light.
Best location! Siena is flat walk if you stay in her place.
(Compared to my previous stay, too steep climbing, no shops to enjoy, didn’t want to go back to Siena ever! if my husband didn’t beg me with the photos of this apartment).
Yes! You will love Siena because of the place you stay!
Provided everything : oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, coffee capsules, tea, bath soap & bath salt, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and rare to have a washing machine with dryer. Everything you need!
If you travel by car, “Car valet service” (extra charge by cash only but hotels I asked were charging almost double!), and this valet includes police permission for our car to get inside ZTL on our 1st and last day to load / unload suitcases. Valet can bring the car anytime you need to use the car 7am to 10pm.
I don’t recommend public parking. We tried it before but walk is too steep and long. Besides safety of the car is another issue even you don’t leave anything inside.
It was late October and outside temperature was as low as 8-10 Celsius in the morning but the house was constantly 20 Celsius. No heater needed yet. (I think heating system is not allowed by Italian government that time).
Tourist information just in front of us, and nice coffee shops, restaurants etc, plus pretty branded /non branded shops. We were in the middle of shopping streets.
We’ll come back to this place. Too perfect to believe but don’t think twice to get this apartment if it’s vacant.

Rosella-could not have been more helpful. We used all of her recommendations and we’re never disappointed. We also had a snag with our taxi at the end to get to the train station and she personally drove us. I felt we were in the best hands ever.
As for the place – The location and views could not have been better. We could not stop smiling and felt very much a part of the Sienna life.

Tasteful, comfortable and very well located.
We were so close to Il Campo that we could hear everyone enjoying themselves well into the early hours. That’s only an issue if you really need to get some sleep.
