It was exceptional , we stayed in a garden view room from 29th of may till 2nd of june , everything was exceptional the food, the pool, the stuff, the facilities, and the beach with corals and amazing creatures you get to see there.
the beach is not sandy, a la carte restaurants are only for who reserved +7 nights

The quality of food is correct, based on the price I payed. Anyway the overall set-up was not as an "all-inlcusive" one - example: I had only 2 bottles of water per day - 500 ml/person. To have more water, I had to refill the the empty ones from the machines.
I booked a room with seaside view and I have received one with partial seaside view. The pictures on the booking.com of the room were misleading. The hotel personal was trying to provide a better room but, as it wasn't any availability for those rooms, still was not what I have been booked, based on the hotel photos. In the restaurant the manager was yelling to the employees, which is not in accordance with what I am expecting as behaviour. In the bar, the bartman was always upset/tired, which is creating a bad atmosphere. Overall, it was not a relaxing holiday in this hotel.
