Obiekt pięknie położony , wygodny parking , duży pokój , piękny widok z balkonu. Bardzo dobre miejsce do zwiedzania całego Pagu.
Całość wymaga dopieszczenie , uporządkowania i odmalowania terenu na zewnątrz, brak czajnika do zagotowania wody i oświetlenia na balkonie , wystające ze ścian kable , ślady pleśni w łazience , bardzo głośna klimatyzacja.
