Emmanuela was especially nice and helpful. Two terraces for one room overlooking the waterfront was why i chose the room. It did not dissapoint!
The AC was a bit on the loud side; i would have appreciated a toaster in the kitchen (maybe I just didn't see it). I should have booked more nights. :P Altogether everything was just great!

La disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale, i due terrazzini, uno di servizio sul retro con vista su giardini ed ho dormito senza aria condizionata; materasso altissimo e consistente come piace a me, l'aria condizionata posizionata da non dare fastidio
La stanza non è enorme e metterci una grande pianta di plastica, toglie spazio e prende polvere, l'armadio era inutilizzabile, pieno di cuscini e senza manopole; ho apprezzato le bustine di te e di caffè, ma sarebbe stata gradita una bottiglia d'acqua, c'era un solo mug. Piccole cose che non ci vuole niente a sistemare
