Idyllic setting, excellent wine, food & outstanding service.
Struggling; the cappuccino machine in the kitchen, but as they had an espresso machine in the dining room, it didn’t really matter.

Staff were amazing. Super friendly. Professional. We loved Eullalia and Beatrice. The food was also delicious both breakfast and dinner + wine pairings.
The wine tasting experience was great. The selection of wines were well curated. The VR wine making experience is cool and futuristic. Beatrice was super knowledgeable and kind.
Great that we could use the kayaks/paddle boards on the river for free.
The drive there is paved which made it way more comfortable.
The pool in the vineyard suites is heated which was amazing, really made our experience so much better.
The units are built with love. Especially the pigeon house designed bathroom. You can tell there is a lot of passion and care put into this hotel. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
At first it wasn’t clear whether we could use the golf carts ourselves for the vineyard suite. And the first couple trips we drove our car which was not comfortable.
We were somewhat surprised that there is no room service at the vineyard suites.
It would be good to mention at the start of the stay what complementary services the guests can enjoy. Like the Kayak/Paddle. Wine tasting. Free Spa massage/facial. As we often had to ask and there were free services that we only found out about too late.

It is the most exquisite place we have ever stayed! Beautiful scenery, very quiet and private location and fabulous facilities and staff.
