What a perfect location within the ancient walls of Castelo de Rodrigo! Our host was sincere, welcoming & friendly. Our room was absolutely beautiful & private with our own little garden. We appreciated the following: face cloths, drinking water & all the toiletries provided. After a hot day on our motorbike, the refreshing swimming pool brought welcome relief. We were treated with a delicious homemade five course dinner, great wine & a beautiful sunset. After dinner we had the streets of this ancient village all to ourselves. Breakfast was very good.
We will definitely re-visit this beautiful place!

The accommodation is in an amazing location . The rooms and food are great . We ate each night on the beautiful veranda .Ana has a Passion and knowledge for both local nature and history . Organising trips for us to see the Griffon Vultures and taking us to see the incredible Cave Art in the coa valley Making the stay truly memorable. Ana and all the staff went the extra mile to cater for my husband’s dietary needs - thank you .

El trato, la comida, nos se tomó como en casa. Todo perfecto. El pueblo idílico. Las habitaciones reformadas con muy buen gusto.
Por decir una cosa a mejorar, el wifi no llegaba a la habitacion.
