Fantastic space and location with little issues

There’s no doubt about it, the apartment and location are fantastic. The balcony and large separate terrace with views of the Baltic, the floor to ceiling windows with views of the forest and countryside, the modern interior, .... all of these add to the awesome feel of this apartment. The management was also responsive to our needs, and they made suggestions for finding good restaurants in the area. Thank you!

I am not at all a habitual complainer, but the little issues distracted from an otherwise wonderful experience. All of the reading lights next to the beds were broken or the bulb was burned out, the toilet seat was dangerously loose, and there was no working coffee machine unless you happened to bring your own Tchibo Cafissimo capsules (and they were not available at local grocery stores). There were no manuals with instructions for the induction stove and for the TV. The management did come and show us that you have to point the remote control out the window (!) in order to access the TV programs.

Die Wohnung wird über eine Agentur vermietet, die sich erst kurz vor Ankunft kommunizierbereit zeigt, so dass man bis dahin nicht wirklich sicher sein konnte, dass die Buchung auch klappt. Eine Stunde lang verbrachten wir nach Ankunft bei dem Versuch, in das existierende "Underground-Parking" zu gelangen, wie die Agenturvertererin hartnäckig forderte, bis wir drauf kamen, dass es nicht unter dem Hauptgebäude in die Tiefgarage runter, sondern in einem Autolift im Parkhaus gegegnüber in den ersten Stock hoch geht. Einiges an Einrichrtung funktioniert nicht mehr (Lampen, Herdplatte etc.) oder wurde nicht mehr ersetzt (Gläser etc.). Man muss sich schon sehr mögen, um zu zweit in den sehr engen "Doppel-Betten" zu schlafen, zu zweit die Wohnung anmieten, ist hingegen genau passend. Kaum vorstellbar für uns, wie hier die ausgeschriebenen sechs Personen unterkommen wollen! Die schmale Wendeltreppe zur oberen Etage und Dachterasse wackelt bedrohlich, ist zum Teil nicht mehr richtig verschraubt und stellt ein Unfallrisiko dar. Insgesamt eine auf Verschleiß gefahrene Wohnung, die dennoch eine Menge bietet!

Nigdy wiecej...szkoda

Widok piekny....nad samym morzem. Niestety tylko to bylo pozytywne... Pozatym koszmar. Drzwi wejsciowe na Taras dachowy wisza tylko na jednym zawiasie. Przy probie otwarcia upadly na mojego syna i rozbily mu glowe. To nie sa jakies lekkie drzwi , tylko masywne ,ciezkie . Okna w sypialni nie mozna zamknac. Prysznic zapchany, Po minucie w prysznicu stoi sie Po kostki w wodzie. W opisie podano ze Apartament przystosowany jest do 6 Osob. Co nie jest Prawda. Lozka w sypialniach sa tak Male ze z trodem mozna Tam we dwoje spac ,Sofa u gory nie rozklada sie..czyli nie Ma gdzie spac.. Pozatym Ma sie takie uczucie ze zaraz sie rozpadna. Schody sa niestabilne i ruszaja sie przy wejsiu i zejsciu. Niestety na moj Mail dostalam odpowiedz ze zostanie to sprawdzone...do naszego odjazdu nic nie zostalo sprawdzone ani nickt sie do Nas do dnia dzisiejszego nie zameldowal ( mimo skargi) Po przeczytaniu wszystkich opinii widac ewidentnie ze te problemy sa juz dluzszy czas . Niestety nikt sie tym nie interesuje.

Apartment mit mega Aussicht aber ...

Die Ankunft verlief kontaktlos, was uns immer super gefällt. Die Wohnung ist im 10. Stock. Unten sind 2 Schlafzimmer und das riesige Bad und über eine Stahltreppe geht's nach oben ins Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Die Aussicht mit den riesigen Fenstern und dem großen Balkon ist wirklich mega. Direkt am Meer. Spielplatz ist auch um die Ecke.

Das einzige und auch größte Manko für uns war die Schlafsituation. Wir waren zu 6. in der Wohnung, 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (4 und 8 Jahre alt). Die Betten in den Zimmern waren so klein, für 2 Erwachsene kaum machbar. Beim Drehen im Bett hatte man das Gefühl es bricht auseinander, so hat es geknarrt. Die Couch in Wohnzimmer war okay, jedoch zum Schlafen auch mega hart. Zudem kommt, dass die Treppe so extrem gequietscht/geknarrt hat, dass man nachts damit alle geweckt hat. Das hat den ganzen Aufenthalt etwas "kaputt" gemacht, was schade ist. Wir würden das Apartment nicht noch einmal buchen bzw. nur mit max. 3 Personen
