Hello, dear guests. We invite you to stay in one of the most prestigious places in the city, rashid behbudov street 54. The apartment is located on the 15th floor of the new tilted building. There is a 24/7 security service around the building, ensuring your family stays safe and comfortable. There are kitchen and utensils for you to cook your own meals. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom + Toiletry. I will be happy to welcome you :)
Our apartment is located in one of the most prestigious places of the city center. From Apartment to Fountains Square: 1.8 km, 28 Mall: 700m Park Boulevard: 1.4 km, Baku Boulevard: 1.7 km and the city's most famous nightclubs 1-2 km from our apartment has. Baku historical Maiden's Tower is 2.4 km from the apartment, and the Shirvan Shahlar Fortress is 2.7 km from the apartment.

1.3: If guests wish to leave the apartment dirty, they will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
1.4: If guests disturb the neighbors (loud, music, bad smell) and other disturbing and unpleasant behaviors, they will be fired from the house and receive no refund.
1.5: NOT! If you want to go to the apartment with the girl, you must first tell the landlord.
