Central Downtown Homestay - Baku, Nizami Street

Great apartment in a very central location. It was fully equipped and clean. Administrator Bakhtiyar was in touch before and during the stay, and helped us a lot organizing the transfers to/from airport and also the city tours. We were satisfied with everything that was offered and will indeed stay again. Thank you!

Потрясающая во всех отношениях квартира. Есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания. Полностью оснащена необходимой техникой, посудой, бытовой химией, постельными принадлежностями. В душе все исправно работает, хороший набор горячей воды. Кондиционеры работают отлично и тихо. В квартире чисто, опрятно, невероятная панорама на город😍 Хозяева просто волшебные. Встретили нас поздно ночью в 2:00 или 3:00 (не взяв никаких доплат за поздний чек-ин), все показали, рассказали. И даже разрешили внести оплату на следующий день, так как была только крупная купюра. После чекаута разрешили оставить сумки у охраны отеля поблизости. И мы могли до самого вылета гулять по городу. Расположение, кстати, у апартаментов очень выигрышное - в шаговой доступности находится старый город и набережная. Есть аптека, магазины рядом и даже клиника. Рекомендую от души💖 Здесь вас встретят как желанного гостя 💖

It was very good experience, the apartment hoster and her assistant welcome us warmly and explained everything in details. The apartment is very good and clean and have very nice sea view for our booking, AC, TV, and WiFi all is available and perfect. The location is really what we like the most, it's close to Nizami Street, just less than 10 minutes waking. You can pay by cash during the check-in. Highly recommend it for visiting Baku.

Excellent position, somewhat cheap considering the location. The apartment was handed over smoothly and the bed was okay. It has AC.

The apartment is not fully furnished as promised: no kitchenware, towels or supplies, not even toilet paper (!!!). The bathroom is tiny and barely functional; the kitchen looks very unsanitary. Overall doesn't resemble the pictures (I'm not sure if I was handed a different apartment at all). The building of the apartment is old and unclean.
