Hotel Gerhard

Hotel staff were very helpful and nice. Room was clean and heater was working very well. Location of the hotel is very good as its very close to frankenstrasse metro stop and it was 3 stops away to messe and 4 stops away to main railway station

There was no complimentary drinking water and some toothbrushes in the room but receptionist helped us for toothbrushes

The breakfast was excellent

Vending machine with beer near a hotel entrance though we didn't try it. Parking space for cars. Shutters on the window keep room dim during the day.

Since the window overlooks the road, it is quite noisy at night and difficult to sleep with window open. I have found a web on a bedside lamp. The pillows are so soft that they dissolve under the head.

Location excellent, near the metro and very close to the messe, a bit far from the central if you need to walk there Breakfast good,

i was there during a 2-day public transportation strike. Honestly, the hotel wasn't supportive at all, i had to figure out everything on my own, and in such cases, hotel support is necessary. second time ive been there and i compromised the room size ( too small ) for the location , but i believe will not book in again 2 days out of my 5 days stay i went to breakfast at around 8 there was almost nothing to eat especially when everyone was going to the messe
