It was a first floor apartment in a convenient location of Ortigia… although there aren’t really any inconvenient areas of Ortigia. The apartment was clean and very well appointed.

The street noise was bad. The windows and doors were old and you could hear every conversation on the street… and a lot of cars and mopeds came through at all hours. Also, it was VERY small. Although it technically can sleep four, my daughter and I were crammed in there so I would not recommend a family to try and stay. The water pressure in the shower was terrible… at some points, barely a trickle. The owner attributed it to some water works being done, but I don’t know … and then there was NO hot water, but the owner said the switch was turned off. He was very responsive to our issues, but he should really focus on fixing these issues… new windows, new shower head, put a sign on the switch in the bathroom indicating it’s for the water heater and not the lights. 😳 Also, put some towel racks on the wall! Not just in the shower!

Muy cómodo, todo limpio

Es un poco ruidoso durante la noche, las paredes parecen no aislar muy bien el ruido

Mi sono trovata veramente bene sotto vari punti di vista: 1) la cortesia e l'estrema disponibilità del proprietario che mi ha assistito con messaggi chiari e istruzioni dettagliate per il ritiro della chiave, l'ingresso in auto in zona ZTL (mi ha omaggiato lui il pass) e il check-out; inoltre, poiché non era previsto un nuovo check-in immediatamente dopo al mio check-out, mi ha calorosamente invitato a lasciare la casa con calma e approfittarne ancora per restare un po' a Ortigia proponendomi per esempio un giro in barca (che avevo già fatto e che consiglio); 2) la posizione: eccellente, centralissima e vicinissima al posteggio privato presso cui il proprietario stesso mi ha indirizzata; 3) la pulizia molto curata; 4) l'allegria degli arredi; 5) tutti i servizi: - cucina con piastra induzione ⁃ Accessori cucina ⁃ Microonde ⁃ Macchinetta del caffè comprese cialde ⁃ Frigo con acqua ⁃ Tv-Sat ⁃ Aria condizionata ⁃ Svuota valige ⁃ Appendiabiti ⁃ Stendino ⁃ Ferro da stiro ⁃ Videosorveglianza ⁃ Wi-Fi gratuito

Unica pecca la mancanza di un vero bidet. È presente un doccino da usare sul wc ma il bidet per noi italiani è sacro!!!

Posizione comodissima, al centro di Ortigia ma anche vicina alla fermata del bus che fa il giro dell’isola e ad un supermercato. Appartamento nuovissimo e molto funzionale, dotato di ogni suppellettile. Cortesia del proprietario che ha soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste con prontezza e flessibilità.

Assolutamente nulla.
