Het appartement bevindt zich in een mooi herenhuis (Jugendstil?) in een niet zo brede en vrij rustige straat. De ligging is uitstekend: op 50 m van de Moezel en op wandelafstand van supermarkten en het station. Bovendien is er een goede lokale bakker letterlijk net om de hoek. Het keukentje is heel gezellig. De inkomhal en de erg ruime woonkamer zijn zeer smaakvol ingericht. Ook de slaapkamer is prima. Bovendien is het stil in het appartement en ondanks het feit dat het buiten erg warm was, was het binnen koel.

Ruim appartement op steenworp van de Moesel. Ondanks de locatie in de binnenstad is het er rustig. Parkeren kan er vaak gratis.
