Casa Viola -Locazione Breve

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Viola and are very happy to give it 5 stars! The location is simply perfect. The apartment is right on the corner of Via Roma, one of the most charming pedestrian streets in Polignano a Mare, with lovely restaurants and a great atmosphere. At the same time, this part of Via Roma is already much quieter, so we could enjoy the atmosphere of the old town without the noise. Everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. We especially loved the rooftop terrace. The view is beautiful, and it was such a lovely place to sit down, relax and enjoy a quiet moment after exploring the town. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable, and we really appreciated all the little details. Riccardo was a wonderful host – very kind, helpful and attentive. He explained everything very clearly and in detail about how to access the apartment, which made our arrival very easy. We were also welcomed with homemade jam and olive oil, a really thoughtful and personal touch that we appreciated a lot. We were genuinely very happy that we chose Casa Viola for our stay in Polignano. Thank you, Riccardo, for making us feel so welcome! We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Polignano a Mare and would be very happy to come back ourselves.

Honestly, we can't think of anything we didn't like. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Viola.

Tipico appartamento polignanese, situato all’angolo con la via principale di Polignano a Mare. Nonostante il caldo esterno, la casa si è mantenuta abbastanza fresca ed era dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Posizione ottima e appartamento ideale per due persone.

Come piccolo suggerimento, aggiungerei delle strisce antiscivolo sulle scale: soprattutto d’estate, quando si utilizzano le ciabatte, se non si presta attenzione si rischia facilmente di scivolare.

A szállásadó nagyon kedves volt, előzetes tájékoztatást is küldött. Személyesen fogadott a szálláshelyen és sok hasznos információval ellátott. Saját készítésű lekvárral és hűtött vizzel várt minket. A szállás számunkre teljes mértékben megfelelő volt. A bejárari ajtón belépve lépcsőn keresztűl az első ameleten elérhető a konyha, a WC és az 1.erkély, a második emeleten található a hálószoba, a fürdőszoba és és a 2. erkély, a harmdik emeleten pedig a tetőtersz. A fürdőszoba és a WC elég kis méretű. A wifi jól működik. A szállásról könnyen és gyorsan elérhető a vasutállomás és a strandok is.

D'après la description, nous n'avions pas compris que l'appartement comprenait 3 niveaux : séjour, cuisine, 1 seul WC au 1er étage, chambre et douche au second étage toit terrasse au 3ème. L'équipement est moyen : cafetière italienne miniature, peu de couverts, pas de saladier, canapé inconfortable.
