sehr ruhige Lage, sehr freundliche Besitzerin, tolle Aussicht auf die berge, Appartments gut eingerichtet, kleiner Spielplatz vor dem Haus, ausgezeichnete Betten.
Falls starker Schneefall dann braucht man Schneeketten, um die Unterkunft zu erreichen

Very friendly owners, clean apartment, well equipped kitchen. Astounding view on the valley and Filzmoos, adventurous approach path.
No dissatisfaction at all, though travellers should be aware that the owners speak only German, and that's all. Having a translator app, or good command of German language, is advised.
